Evan Gary Close

Our sweet little Evan was born August 23rd at 8:0oam

@ Mercy San Juan Medical Center (daddy's hospital)

He was 7 lbs 4 oz. 19in.

This was our first time having a baby close to our family.
We had lots of visitors and of course very few pictures to show for it :)

We brought Evan home 2 days later and I'm so glad we did. I missed Andrew and Leah and found it much easier to heal at home in my own bed with my own personal husband nurse. The kids are enjoying every second with their new little brother.
He is doing very well and taking it all in.
(yes, my 6 yr. old and 3 yr old are the same size)

Evan has a busy life full of sleeping, eating, and pooing. It's tough keeping up with him.
Jason has been so lucky to have a little time off. All of which he has been working full time here at the house. He's been taking the kids to school, cooking, cleaning, shopping, yard working, and being my nurse. It turns out the third c-section is no easier than the first two.
We have been super blessed to have meals and visits from friends and family.
It's really been wonderful.
We're so glad Evan is here.
