Wonderful Weekend

We were so lucky this weekend because we got to spend time with 7 out of 8 of our siblings. That must be a record for a non-holiday weekend.

We took a trip to Apple Hill. Home of the worlds most amazing apple doughnuts and creations. It was also one of J's mom's favorite places to visit as a family.
We sat and gabbed while the kids ran around the gorgeous scenery.

We watched everyone catch fish and J even took the kids to go down to feed the fish. From the looks of this picture you might surmise that someone left wet.

Well, you would be right. 2 out of the 3 kids standing way too close to the edge fell in. Nice!! Wasn't really prepared for that. Although we did have extra pants in case of a potty problem. So needless to say, for the rest of the time we were "those" parents people point, comment, and roll their eyes at. We tried to keep her as covered as possible. Any way, we had a great time.

Also, last minute my sister was able to plan a trip up to Sacramento. The last show that she was in (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee) was nominated for the Sacramento Theater Elly Awards. Whatever the reason we were so happy to have her and Jaime here for a visit.

We ate, they wrestled, and no get together was complete with out a great game of Duck, Duck, Goose.
