One of God's greatest gifts is our free agency a.k.a. the right to choose for ourselves. When we let our children use this gift freely, it's called Autonomy. I am a huge fan and believe that it leads to confident and independent children. It is also extremely entertaining and endearing.

Exhibit C: She loves her headbands. I try to show her how to put them on and they always start out on correctly, but it never fails that she resembles a love child with in minutes.

This is proof that you are a good mom! My girls had "crazy hair/clothes" day at school today and it was so hard for me to let them wear whatever was crazy to them...And it was crazy!
